Ordering & Payment

You can easily place an order by visiting the product page on our website and selecting your preferred payment method, either Cash on Delivery (COD) or online payment.

We offer a wide range of payment options including UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Digital Wallets, and Net Banking for your convenience.

As we are furniture manufacturers and start production immediately after order confirmation, modifications may be possible with additional costs. Cancellations are not allowed once manufacturing begins. In such cases, we reserve the right to retain the booking amount if the product is ready for delivery.

Delivery & Installation

We strive to dispatch products within 5-7 days of the timeline. However, exceptional situations like transport strikes, riots, or natural calamities may cause delays. We'll keep you updated about your product status in such cases.

Currently, we do not offer international shipping services.

We offer free delivery for the first attempt to your shipping address. For missed deliveries, an extra charge applies for subsequent installation visits.

Yes, we offer customization options for size, material, fabric, and design. Custom orders require a 50% advance payment and are non-cancellable.

For wooden furniture, regular dusting and occasional polishing are recommended. Avoid direct sunlight and excessive moisture. For upholstered items like sofas, dry cleaning is advised.
