Order Confirmation and Manufacturing

  • Upon placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
  • Manufacturing time ranges from 5 to 15 working days, depending on the size and volume of your order.
  • We require a 20% advance payment of the total order value at the time of confirmation. This is necessary due to the custom nature and high value of our furniture products.
  • The exact manufacturing time and estimated delivery date will be communicated to you after order confirmation.
  • We will keep you updated on the manufacturing process through WhatsApp, sharing photos and videos to ensure your satisfaction.

Payment Options

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders, with the exception of the 20% advance payment required at confirmation.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery typically takes 5 to 7 working days after the item has been shipped from our facility.
  • All furniture is securely packed in wooden frames to ensure safe transportation.
  • In case of unnatural events or unforeseen circumstances, delays may occur. We will keep you informed of any changes to the delivery timeline.

Delivery Attempts and Charges

  • We will make two delivery attempts to ensure you receive your furniture.
  • If the first delivery attempt fails due to customer-related issues, we will schedule a second attempt at no additional cost.
  • If the second delivery attempt also fails due to customer-related issues (e.g., customer unavailability, incorrect address), we will deduct the 20% advance payment to cover our manufacturing and shipping costs.
  • It's crucial to provide accurate delivery information and ensure someone is available to receive the furniture during the scheduled delivery time.

Damage and Replacement

  • In the rare event that you receive damaged furniture, please document the damage with photos or videos at the time of delivery.
  • Contact our customer service immediately with the evidence of damage.
  • We will offer a replacement for damaged items at no additional cost to you.
  • The replacement product may require the same manufacturing time as the original order.
  • In cases where we are unable to provide a replacement, we may offer a refund. However, our primary goal is to ensure you receive the furniture you ordered in perfect condition.

Manufacturing Delays

  • In rare cases of exceptional circumstances (e.g., natural calamities, transport strikes), manufacturing and delivery times may be extended.
  • We will keep you updated about any delays and prioritize your order for the earliest possible delivery.

Large Item Handling

  • Our delivery team will assist with bringing the furniture into your home and basic assembly if required.
  • For wall-mounted items or items requiring special installation, additional charges may apply. These will be communicated at the time of order placement.

Returns and Refunds

  • Due to the custom nature of our furniture, we have a limited return policy.
  • In case of manufacturing defects or significant damage during shipping, we will assess the situation and offer an appropriate solution (repair, replacement, or refund).
  • Any refund process will only be initiated after the item has been picked up from your premises.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure that you provide accurate delivery information and are available during the scheduled delivery time.
  • Make sure there is adequate space and access for large furniture items to be delivered into your home.
  • Inspect the furniture thoroughly at the time of delivery and report any issues immediately.
