Damage and Replacement
In the rare event that you receive damaged furniture, please document the damage with photos or videos at the time of delivery.
Contact our customer service immediately with the evidence of damage.
We will offer a replacement for damaged items at no additional cost to you.
The replacement product may require the same manufacturing time as the original order.
In cases where we are unable to provide a replacement, we may offer a refund. However, our primary goal is to ensure you receive the furniture you ordered in perfect condition.
